Mysterious, hypnotic – this is the universe that the Violons Barbares and Clotilde Perrin have joined forces to create in their new show. After 15 years of concerts worldwide, this atypical trio of virtuosos has teamed up with a creative and inspired illustrator to conceive a complete art form together, fusing music and images into a new artistic landscape.Phantasmagorical creatures – raw, mysterious forms or finely chiselled drawings – perched on huge canvases, gradually metamorphose into the musicians, hypnotising the audience, plunging them into a world full of demons, vampires, ghosts, monsters and dragons. This new repertoire, the group’s fourth, is a tribute to the fascinating, imaginary worlds of Bulgarian and Mongolian myths and legends, in which these creatures abound.

Ensemble, ils créent un art complet dans lequel la musique et les images fusionnent dans une nouvelle forme artistique.Perchées sur d’immenses toiles, tantôt formes brutes mystérieuses, tantôt dessins finement ciselés, les créatures fantasmagoriques épousent progressivement les musiciens pour hypnotiser le spectateur. Le public plonge dans un monde rempli de démons, vampires, fantômes, monstres et dragons. Ce nouveau, quatrième répertoire du groupe est un hommage au monde fascinant de l’imaginaire dont les mythes et légendes bulgares et mongoles regorgent.
